Administrative Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources and administration, with the ability to manage a diverse range of duties and responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to HR inquiries from employees
- Organize training activities
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Implement new HR procedures
- Process purchase orders for suppliers
- Manage calendars and travel arrangements
- Assist with compliance audits
- Support senior colleagues with departmental tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in HR-focused administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
