About this role:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Junior HR Executive. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee and enhance recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff.
- To ensure onboarding and offboarding compliance.
- To champion Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance.
- To assist with HR Administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- To serve as a trusted advisor to the management team, providing strategic HR insights.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
- Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential.
Your skills and qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
