About this role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Junior HR Executive. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and enhance recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff.
  • To ensure onboarding and offboarding compliance.
  • To champion Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance.
  • To assist with HR Administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • To serve as a trusted advisor to the management team, providing strategic HR insights.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
  • Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
