Quantity Surveyor Career Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious junior/intermediate quantity surveyor to take on the responsibilities of assisting with the full scope of cost management services. This includes:

  • Procurement and contract administration
  • Preparation of budget estimates and measurement of BOQs
  • Advising clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to achieve chartered status, if required.

About the Role

As a quantity surveyor in our team, you will be responsible for managing costs and working closely with clients and design teams. You will need to possess good numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be a qualified quantity surveyor
  • Have some postgraduate experience in a PQS environment
  • Be proficient in Excel and Cubit
  • Be commercially and contractually aware
