Luxury Night Manager Assistant

The Night Manager Assistant is responsible for the supervision of the Front Office Team, ensuring that all members are prepared and informed to deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in through check-out.
- Assist in the night-hour supervision of the Front Office Team to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for regular and VIP guests.
- Complete Night Audit duties promptly.
- Maximise room occupancy at best rates and promote hotel services and facilities using up-selling techniques.
- Understand and demonstrate correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with hotel credit policy.
- Represent the Hotel Manager and other senior managers in their absence, taking full responsibility of the hotel.
- Manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a luxury property.
- Driven to create memorable experiences for every guest, every time.
- Has a luxury mindset – anticipating guests needs and personalizing their experience.
- Collaborative, flexible, fun and dynamic team player.
- Ambitious and passionate individual.
