Business Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Manager to lead our catering and hospitality team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service standards.

The successful candidate will have strong people management skills with the ability to lead, develop, and engage teams.

This role involves managing financial performance, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for business growth within the contract and external market.

We require a candidate with proven experience working in a similar environment within catering and hospitality, possessing relevant certifications such as CIEH / COSHH / HACCP knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the catering and hospitality team to deliver high-quality food and service standards.
  • Manage and monitor financial performance, maintaining costs within targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within the contract and external market.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with statutory and company standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a similar environment within catering and hospitality.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, develop, and engage teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CIEH / COSHH / HACCP knowledge.
