Job Description

Drive the evolution and growth of a cloud-native database offering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a product strategy that meets customer needs.

  • Optimize user acquisition funnels by enhancing the digital journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Enhance product usability and experience by championing user-centered design principles.
  • Drive feature adoption by designing and implementing strategies to encourage users to discover and utilize new features.
  • Personalize digital experiences to cater to different user segments and their specific needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

  • 3-7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated experience with growth hacking methodologies and A/B testing to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
  • Experience with database technologies or data platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of driving product growth, user acquisition, and retention through digital strategies.
