About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Experienced Staff Nurse. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of HIQA standards, be registered with NMBI or entitled to be so registered, and have a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working collaboratively with a dynamic and compassionate team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care to Residents.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management and operations of the Home in line with the Health Act 2007 and National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People in Ireland.
  • Represent the nursing home and act in the best interest of the nursing home and its residents.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience.
  • Post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Possesses the clinical, administrative and leadership capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
