Job Title: CQV Utilities Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled CQV Utilities Engineer to join our team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge technology in a large-scale setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work safely by identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions as required.
  • Ensure prompt response to equipment failures or issues in a cross-functional environment.
  • Record interventions, including failure codes, and provide guidance for preventative action.
  • Execute planned maintenance routines, including predictive, preventative, and calibration activities.
  • Complete Work Orders on time and maintain accurate asset management data.
  • Provide clear and concise written and verbal handovers to colleagues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify improvements in job plan information and spare parts.

Requirements:

  • A Level 6 qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical related field.
  • Extensive experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG facilities.
  • BMS Reliability Technician experience, prioritizing safety, quality, and reliability.
  • High attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adherence to scheduled timelines.
