Pharmacy Relationship Manager Role Overview

Navi Group is a leading Irish organisation with a portfolio of related companies across the healthcare industry. As Pharmacy Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with pharmacy customers and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales pipelines for Navi Products and Services, Axium, Navi Franchise, DispenSense, TillSense, and other services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure annual financial objectives are aligned and business meets its KPIs.
  • Lead continuous improvement processes for selling and operations functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related position.
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry essential; service/retail industry experience desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
