This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of equipment within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
The supervisor will be responsible for managing technician schedules, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and overseeing equipment maintenance activities. This role requires the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage resources efficiently, and respond promptly to emergencies.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed departmental and site KPIs. They will also be responsible for documenting shift handover reports, coordinating maintenance work with external contractors, and managing preventive maintenance task lists.
Required Skills & Qualifications- A strong base knowledge of cleanroom operations and technical expertise in equipment maintenance.
