We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to oversee equipment activities across our facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technician schedules, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating maintenance work with external contractors and facilities groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Manage technician holidays and shift coverage, conduct regular performance discussions, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Safety Management: Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), respond to ERT alerts and safety concerns across the facility, complete incident reports, and manage work permits.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee equipment activities, attend meetings with production supervisors to discuss equipment priorities, document shift handover reports, and initiate escalations for critical equipment issues.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Shift Activity, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Tool Availability.
- A strong understanding of cleanroom operations, technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
