Production Chef

We are seeking an experienced Production Chef to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the food production unit, ensuring that all items are prepared and delivered to a high standard.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for chefs looking for a structured and controlled environment where they can grow professionally. The position requires experience in food production environments where you have been responsible for food quality, staff training, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking and preparation of high-quality food products
  • Labeling and sealing freshly handmade products
  • Assisting with the loading of chilled products onto vehicles
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing tasks in compliance with company procedures
  • Participating in a team that is supportive and strong
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a chef
  • Catering experience is a plus
  • An advantage would be experience working in a central production unit
  • It is advantageous to have a clean driver's license
