Our Garden Centre is seeking an experienced Horticulturalist to enhance our store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering stock, managing waste, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining product knowledge.

They will also ensure the highest standards are maintained in our Garden Centre, including sales and waste targets.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification and/or work experience
  • Knowledge of plant establishment and maintenance, pruning, fertilizing, pests, and diseases
  • Ability to use horticulture tools and equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The successful applicant will have a passion for horticulture and a strong ability to work independently.

Computer skills including Word and Excel are essential for this role.
