We are seeking an experienced and skilled Craft Gardener to join our team in maintaining and developing beautiful gardens and plant collections nationwide.

About the Role
  • This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with expertise in formal and informal garden layouts, horticultural maintenance, and staff management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent horticultural skills, be able to work effectively with a team, and have a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and manage a team of garden staff to maintain and develop gardens and plant collections;
  2. Plan daily/weekly work programmes and implement projects to meet site requirements;
  3. Deputise for the Foreperson as needed and ensure proper standards of workmanship, attendance, and discipline;
  4. Prepare lists of plant and material requirements and ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations;
  5. Maintain work areas in a clean, tidy, and safe condition;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • HND or degree in Horticulture or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment;
