Senior Tax Accountant Position Summary:

This is a senior-level position within our tax department, responsible for leading professional services and working closely with partners.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with diverse client portfolio.
  • Prepare tax computations across all tax heads, including income tax, corporation tax, and capital taxes.
  • Compute adjusted profit, prepare Capital Allowances Schedules, and file income tax returns using ROS.
  • Handle Revenue audits/investigations and related client correspondence.
  • Provide tax planning support for transactions such as buy-outs, company valuations, and restructuring.
  • Manage CT1 preparation and submission for limited companies via ROS.
  • Organise and manage personal portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Critically analyse information, prioritise workload, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' senior-level experience in taxation.
  • Strong technical knowledge across all tax heads.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle complex tax matters.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to use initiative.
