Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Executive Officer Data Governance plays a pivotal role in leveraging data and technology to enhance regulatory functions and public service.

This position involves working with advanced analytics and state-of-the-art technologies to ensure compliance and provide critical insights.

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Data Governance division, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient report completion.
  • Coordinate project management activities, track timelines, deliverables, and support key data infrastructure and management projects.
  • Prepare and communicate internal and external content, such as newsletters and updates, to embed data policies and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Maintain and curate digital platforms, including knowledge sharing channels and collaboration sites, to facilitate team efficiency.
  • Assist with the preparation and timely reporting for the Data Governance team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with SharePoint and strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience in administration within a data, finance, or regulatory environment.
  • Experience with project management tools, e.g., Jira, and knowledge sharing hubs.
