We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced business.

  • This position involves general office administration, including handling telephone calls and messages.
  • Responsibilities also include posting purchase invoices and maintaining creditor payments.
  • Additionally, bank reconciliations and processing monthly returns will be part of your duties.
  • You will be responsible for managing subcontractor payments and RCT returns.
  • Processing employee payroll using Sage will also be a key aspect of this role.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in Sage payment software is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Excellent time management and efficiency skills are required.
  • Fully confident in using Microsoft Office, you should be punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
