Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
- Support customer payments and maintain accounts receivable records.
- Record transactions accurately in the company's accounting system.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.
- Prepare and assist with financial reports.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
