Accounts Administrator

• General office administration, including handling telephone calls and messages
• Posting purchase invoices and maintaining creditor payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing monthly returns
• Managing subcontractor payments and RCT returns
• Processing employee payroll using SageRequirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Sage payment software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and efficiency skills
• Fully confident in using Microsoft Office
