Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:
1. General office administration, including handling telephone calls and messages
2. Posting purchase invoices and maintaining creditor payments
3. Bank reconciliations
4. Processing monthly returns
5. Managing subcontractor payments and RCT returns
6. Processing employee payroll using Sage
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
2. Proficiency in Sage payment software
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent time management and efficiency skills
6. Fully confident in using Microsoft Office
7. Punctual, reliable, and highly organised
