Job Title: Key Proposal Coordinator

As a key member of our sales team, the Proposal Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality responses to prospective customers.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and results-driven, self-motivated and proactive, analytical, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams.

Key responsibilities include partnering closely with sales managers to lead the proposal process, reviewing existing repository of approved proposal responses, and tracking key metrics to measure effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple teams on simultaneous proposal efforts, exceptional writing and communication skills, and familiarity with key tools like PowerPoint and Smart Sheet.
