We are looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Digital Designer to join our team.


The Ideal Candidate:

Should have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative concepts and designs for digital campaigns, websites, social media graphics, email templates, online ads, and more.
  • Craft compelling visual narratives that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI specialists to design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to client brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 years + experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
    • Understanding HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus but not essential.
    • Experience with motion graphics and animation is desirable.
  • Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and design principles.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and communicate with project managers and colleagues promptly where required.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve design challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity: Passion for design and a drive to experiment with new ideas and techniques.
