We are currently looking for a Civil Engineering Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations on large civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The selected individual will supervise site teams, subcontractors, and labor to guarantee efficient workflows.
  • They must implement construction plans in line with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance is essential.
  • The successful candidate must coordinate plant, equipment, and materials to avoid delays.
  • Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and progress meetings will be part of their duties.
  • The individual will monitor productivity, quality, and performance against project targets.
  • Daily progress and issues will be reported to the Site Manager/Project Manager.
  • The selected person must resolve on-site challenges to maintain programme delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Foreman on civil engineering projects is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • The candidate must have knowledge of Irish construction regulations and safety standards.
