Warehouse Specialist Role Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Specialist to oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials and finished goods. This is a full-time role that requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment and be proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
  2. Verify and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  3. Report inventory variances promptly and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials and components.
  5. Pick and prepare materials for packaging and tabletting manufacturing lines based on production orders.
  6. Operate handheld scanners, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate records of cycle counts, adjustments, and investigations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a GMP environment related field.
  • Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
