Job Role

The Warehouse General Operative is an essential part of our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services. As a key team member, you will be responsible for handling products efficiently and safely, supporting timely deliveries to customers, and maintaining high productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, load, and unload stock accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle all goods with care and store them correctly to prevent damage or loss.
  • Support stock management processes, including inventory checks and restocking, to maintain accurate records and meet customer demands.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times, including safe manual handling practices, to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve operational targets, promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, are required to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential for collaborating with colleagues and achieving operational targets.
  • Manual Handling training is mandatory.
  • Forklift license is advantageous but can be acquired through training.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland.
