Job Overview

This position involves overseeing the receipt, inspection, and recording of materials, as well as conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.


Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts of pharmaceutical inventory to guarantee precise stock quantities.
  • Verify discrepancies between physical counts and system records, addressing any inconsistencies in a timely manner.
  • Document and communicate inventory variances to relevant parties, recommending corrective actions as necessary.

Key Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), adhering to FDA/EMEA standards and quality systems.
  • Familiarity with OPEX Lean tools and root cause analysis techniques for identifying and resolving issues.
  • Audit, investigation, and report writing skills are essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a compliance-related role, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
