Job Title: Cloud Security Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned cloud security expert to lead our cloud-first operating model and drive strategic initiatives across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive cloud enablement strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Champion a cloud-first operating model, driving cultural and process change across the organization
  • Identify and prioritize workloads for cloud migration, modernization, or retirement
  • Establish cloud governance frameworks, including tagging, cost allocation, and usage policies
  • Lead a high-performing team of cloud engineers, architects, and security specialists
  • Manage outsourced service operations relationships and delivery elements
  • Collaborate with senior Technology Leadership to deliver solutions supporting their teams' objectives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role driving cloud-first strategies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
  • Deep technical expertise in designing, deploying, and managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide cloud transformations and operating in a cloud-first environment
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance frameworks

  • Ability to set direction, influence stakeholders, and align initiatives with business goals
  • Proven capability in managing service performance, infrastructure reliability, and continuous improvement via metrics and KPIs
  • Strong relationship-building skills with service providers and stakeholders
  • Leadership skills to coach and mentor high-performing teams
