We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team in the Italian region, covering the SMB market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
  • Closenew business consistently at or above quota level
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information
  • Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 3+ years of closing sales experience in a quota carrying role, fluency in English and Italian, and experience of SaaS within the HR function. Preferred qualifications include strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills, demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment, and ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
