About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a varied role. You'll receive comprehensive training in all aspects of automotive sales, from handling leads to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow up on warm leads, building relationships and guiding customers through their buying journey.
  • Create personalized video tours to showcase vehicles in an engaging way.
  • Manage appointments for in-person consultations and test drives.
  • Assist with vehicle appraisals and part-exchange assessments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.

Training & Development

This structured 1-year training program includes:

  • Onboarding at the group office with HR, IT, and experienced Sales & Finance Managers.
  • Phone & email training in collaboration with the Customer Hub team.
  • On-site dealership/sales training.
  • Ongoing feedback sessions and role-specific courses.
