Location: Galway and Limerick, Ireland
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Commission-based salary.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Auto Sales Representative to join our team in Limerick and Galway. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pre-owned vehicles to customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the entire buying process. Your role will be integral in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Provide information about pricing, financing options, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their requirements.
  • Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close sales.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, vehicle models, and promotions.
  • Provide post-sale support and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales managers, finance teams, and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for cars and knowledge of automotive products.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
