About the Role:
Drive sales growth in car and home insurance by joining our client's team as a business development professional. This role is based in Galway, offering a hybrid working arrangement with 4 days remote work and 1 day onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a target-driven sales team to generate new business in car and home insurance
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and arrange follow-up calls
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- Deliver high-quality client service to meet customer needs and expectations
Requirements:
Previous experience in the insurance industry or as a broker is desirable. A Personal General Insurance or CIP qualification is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills, good IT skills, and the ability to work with CRM systems are required.
