The role of an Automation Recruiter requires sourcing and engaging specialist resources to service a wide range of client requirements.

Key to success in this position is cultivating a strong pipeline of Automation resources to fulfill both immediate and future project needs.

For the ideal candidate, we are looking for 3-5 years' experience working as a Recruiter with a track record and network preferably in one of the following disciplines - Automation, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Prior experience recruiting within Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology is highly desirable.

The successful Automation Recruiter will possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, be a team player with a strong collaborative mind-set and self-motivated and driven to consistently contribute to team and company objectives.
