Job Title: Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging specialist resources to meet client requirements.

  • Sourcing a strong pipeline of Automation resources to meet both immediate and future project needs.
  • Population and maintenance of internal applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and GDPR compliant records.
  • Ownership of the entire candidate onboarding process from initial technical screening to management of resource queries ahead of starting their new role.
  • Maintaining close relationships and regular contact with all resources placed.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience working in automation or related fields, preferably within the disciplines of Computer System Validation (CSV) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • A team player with a strong collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated and driven to contribute to team and company success.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, efficiently and professionally.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and previous experience using an ATS.
