Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for regulatory technology solutions at AQMetrics.
  • Onboard new employees and associated training.
  • Global training responsibilities for US, UK and Luxembourg employees.
  • Continuously assess training needs.
  • Create educational materials and ensure employees stay updated on compliance, risk management and regulatory reporting.
  • Review and select training partners and providers.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain detailed records.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a training-focused role.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and work effectively within a team in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proactive and inquisitive approach toward new challenges and problem-solving.
