Job Description

AQMetrics is a leading provider of regulatory risk software to global financial institutions. Our SaaS platform is award-winning, and our range of products make regulatory risk management simple, secure, and globally compliant.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our People and Culture team in supporting employees across global locations. As a Training Coordinator, you will help guide the design, development, and support of all training requirements across AQMetrics.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a training-focused role. They must be able to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work effectively within a team in a deadline-driven environment.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively and build relationships both internally and externally. A proactive and inquisitive approach toward new challenges and problem-solving is essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a training-focused role
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and inquisitive approach toward new challenges and problem-solving
