Manufacturing Production Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are eager to develop their skills and knowledge.
This role involves the precise measurement and weighing of liquids and powders, as well as maintaining accurate records and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical and mechanical skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating labelling and filling machines, conducting in-process checks, managing packaging materials efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be expected to safely move raw materials and finished goods, unload, conduct cycle counts, manage inventory, and handle receiving and shipping operations using automated processes and equipment.
In addition to these duties, the Manufacturing Production Associate will be encouraged to provide ideas and valuable recommendations and solutions to existing processes, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization. They will also be required to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, ideally with 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Knowledge of GMP and familiarity with SAP systems are advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided to new hires.
This is a Part-time position with a 12-month contract, offering a competitive salary, company pension, employee assistance program, on-site parking, and other benefits.
