Job Title: Manufacturing Process Associate
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting production targets in terms of quality and quantity, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.
- A strong understanding of written instructions is essential, as they will need to follow procedures accurately while performing all tasks.
- Effective documentation is critical, and candidates must be able to complete paperwork accurately and clearly, adhering to specific standards.
- Multiples steps training and rotation between tasks is mandatory.
- Candidates must integrate into a fast-paced production team, maintaining high attention to detail throughout their duties.
- Contributing ideas for improvement and actively participating in continuous improvement activities is expected.
- Ensuring products passing through workstations on the production line meet quality standards by removing any defective products.
- Setting up equipment and operating test equipment on the production line.
Requirements:
- Possession of Leaving Cert or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in regulated production environments is highly advantageous.
Key Competencies:
- Accurate following of work instructions and procedures.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to build effective relationships with employees in other departments.
- A self-motivated individual who takes initiative in their performance of duties.
- Gradual knowledge gain of the regulatory environment is beneficial.
