Customer Service Team Member

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and send quotations to clients as part of the sales process.
- Issue technical documents and chase purchase order numbers to progress orders efficiently.
- Send site hazard notices in advance of service work, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner at all times.
- Organise and manage email correspondence efficiently, prioritising tasks and deadlines.
- We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in engineering, construction or facilities support.
- Is confident communicating with clients via phone and email, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Is highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Has a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Brings a proactive and professional approach to work, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment, while also working well independently when required.
