Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and send quotations to clients as part of the sales process.
  2. Issue technical documents and chase purchase order numbers to progress orders efficiently.
  3. Send site hazard notices in advance of service work, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
  5. Provide general administrative support to the wider team, maintaining accurate records and files.
  6. Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner at all times.
  7. Organise and manage email correspondence efficiently, prioritising tasks and deadlines.
Candidate Profile
  • We are looking for someone who:
    • Has previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in engineering, construction or facilities support.
    • Is confident communicating with clients via phone and email, with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Is highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Has a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Brings a proactive and professional approach to work, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
    • Thrives in a collaborative team environment, while also working well independently when required.
