Our client, a leading fabric distributor is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative , hours Monday to Friday pm and pay rate is €14.50 per hour Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses to queries.
Provide solutions to customer issues relating to orders, products, or deliveries, ensuring a positive outcome.
Communicate effectively and empathetically, building confidence and trust with each client.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Develop a sound knowledge of the products and services to support clients effectively.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements.
Skills & Attributes Required Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving ability and a solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
Eagerness to learn about our products and develop professionally.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive experiences.
Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role (B2B experience an advantage).
Competence in IT systems (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office).
Knowledge of manufacturing or logistics environments desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
