Quality Assurance Specialist

This is an experienced position that requires a deep understanding of quality assurance systems, methods, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the investigation and coordination of customer complaints to ensure timely completion.
  • Review complaint samples against master files and verify authenticity.
  • Serve as a lead/coordinator of investigations in summarizing the outcome and recommendations related to manufactured products.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with quality objectives.
  • Evaluate various activities to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain routine programs and processes to ensure high-quality products and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Demonstrate expertise in quality assurance systems, methods, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with FDA / EMEA standards and quality systems.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of six sigma, LEAN, and root cause analysis tools used for identifying and correcting deviations.
  • Demonstrate strong audit and investigation skills, and report writing skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
