Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, verifying its accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and verification to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and associated documentation.
  • Preparation of reports and audits in collaboration with the team.
  • Evaluation and enforcement of tax regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Collaboration with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy in line with processing deadlines.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in data entry or administration roles.
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
