Job Description">

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team at the Tower Hotel in Waterford. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and previous experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate must be available to work both mid-week and weekend shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. They must also have a friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include delivering a professional and courteous service to all guests, ensuring that orders are taken efficiently, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge on all food and beverage offerings. The successful candidate will also be responsible for carrying out cash handling procedures in accordance with company policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Available to work mid-week and weekend shifts
