Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our core Diagnostics team as a Field Service Engineer.

This role is perfect for recent graduates in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Robotics who are eager to apply their technical knowledge and develop their career in a global healthcare leader.

  • Providing first-line technical service to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Performing planned and predictive maintenance on diagnostic instruments.
  • Assisting with hardware and software updates and documentation.
  • Supporting installations and deinstallations of medical equipment.
  • Working closely with lab staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Travelling within your service area to support clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Robotics, or a related field.
  • OR A Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechanics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with analytical tools/software.
