Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Process/Project Engineer to lead the development and implementation of process engineering and capital projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process and project engineering, with experience in managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.

They will be responsible for overseeing commissioning and qualification (C&Q) of equipment systems and facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute process engineering and capital projects from concept to execution.
  • Manage project delivery activities including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
  • Oversee commissioning and qualification (C&Q) of equipment systems and facilities in compliance with GMP and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and Validation teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reliability, and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in process and project engineering within the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in project delivery, including managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong expertise in commissioning and qualification (C&Q) processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
