Ambulatory Cancer Nurse

This CNS role will play a critical part in the development of our acute oncology/haematology service. The appointee will support a non-emergency direct access route for oncology/haematology patients experiencing complications related to disease or treatment.
The role involves conducting patient assessments, serving as a point of contact for patients in ambulatory care settings, and providing increased access to specialized nursing care for patients receiving SACT and OAM.
The appointee will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care coordination and minimize risks associated with cancer treatment.
