About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work as a member of the SACT nursing team, ensuring that patient-centered care is delivered in a safe, seamless, and timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing care, working closely with primary care teams, and participating in nurse-led clinics, research, audit, and education.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to meet the complex needs of patients receiving systemic anti-cancer therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to SACT care.
