Accommodation Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the accommodation team in a luxurious small hotel.

  • Manage housekeeping staff to maintain high standards across rooms and public spaces.
  • Oversee rotas, daily schedules, and business planning.
  • Develop and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Monitor linen supplies and department budgets.
  • Carry out regular inspections and follow-ups with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, front office, and senior leadership.
  • Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene policies.
Requirements for Success
  • Proven Accommodation Manager experience from luxury or high-end hotels.
  • Strong candidates may have Assistant or Deputy Accommodation Manager roles and be ready to step up.
  • Excellent attention to detail, high standards, and calm leadership style.
  • Confident decision-making and independent working.
  • Able to get the best from their team and lead by example.
  • Natural organiser thriving in a clean, calm environment.

This is a full-time role based on-site in Co. Kildare.
