**Job Title:** Private Equity Fund Accounting Team Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity Fund Accounting Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role where you will oversee a dedicated team, manage client deliverables, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and supporting a growing Private Equity Fund Accounting team, managing workloads and reviewing outputs.
- Deliver accurate NAVs, valuations, and regulatory reporting to agreed deadlines.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors, and auditors.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to reach their potential.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including system automation and process enhancements.
- Ensure a high standard of client service while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
- A professional accounting qualification with 5+ years post-qualified experience.
- Solid technical knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS.
- Experience in fund accounting/private equity.
- Strong people mentorship/leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with system improvement projects an advantage.
