Hotel Front Office Director

As a seasoned professional in hotel management, you will take on the role of Front Office Manager at a 5-star property. Your key responsibility will be to lead and support a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay.

You will oversee room allocations, coordinate with the Accommodation team, and promote the hotel, its outlets, and local activities to guests. Additionally, you will participate in meetings, including the Morning Stand-Up and weekly Head of Department meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Manager. You will have strong knowledge of Front Office systems, preferably Opera, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities are essential for this role.
