As a key member of our esteemed Charities & Not-for-Profit team, you will have the unique opportunity to specialize in governance, advisory, and transactional work for leading Irish and international charities, hospitals, universities, and other notable organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine interest in and empathy for the charity sector, a strong academic background, excellent motivation, and a proven work ethic. Your ability to build relationships and work collaboratively will be essential in this role.

We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for the following roles:

  • Corporate Partner – Potential Equity: This is an exciting appointment, and we are open to discussing the opportunity with either a relatively new but ambitious partner or an established partner ready for a step to equity.
  • Tax opportunities: Whether you have recently started your career as a tax solicitor or you have a successful career with a number of years' experience at partner level, there are currently live opportunities in the market.
  • Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) - Banking: In this role, you will work closely with business leaders, including partners and the knowledge team, and it requires constant communication and research to ensure the knowledge base is the best it can be.
  • Finance/Banking Senior Associate - International Firm: This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to join a progressive and supportive firm with clear career prospects and an exciting international platform.
  • Corporate Senior Associate/Of Counsel – Path to Partnership: A leading law firm is looking to hire an outstanding corporate lawyer to join their growing team.
